n2DESIGN was tasked with a budget-conscious remodel of Tellepsen’s corporate office after a devastating flood. A rapid schedule was vital to keep their office up and running. The client used this opportunity to revamp their finishes and rework some key areas to better serve their needs. This remodel included updated flooring and paint colors throughout, new millwork, re-design of two breakrooms, and new design concepts for reception and large conference room. Wayfinding techniques incorporating color variations and custom signage with company mantras were also a key element to help navigate guests through the 47,000+ SF building.  In addition, n2DESIGN provided art consulting services and took a creative approach to displaying images of built projects utilizing custom-designed metal artwork pieces of interesting project photos which are on display throughout the space. n2DESIGN also provided design direction for a newly created historical wall.
